【个人简介】
黄晓磊,山西农业大学,资源环境学院,教授,博士生导师, 国家现代农业谷子高粱产业技术体系养分管理岗位骨干成员,山西省科技创新青年人才团队(土壤生态管理与健康生产科技创新团队)骨干成员。主要从事土壤改良与肥力培育方面的研究:针对石灰性褐土有机质含量低,提升难度大的问题,依托长期定位试验,揭示了微生物化学计量比理论和微生物氮矿理论在夏耕作季与冬休闲季交替起主导作用的旱地土壤有机质转化与累积过程,明确了长期有机培肥下真菌残体在有机质品质提升和土壤团聚化中的重要作用,阐明了有机肥通过驱动石灰性褐土碳酸钙转化(脱钙)及钙质有机矿质复合体和团聚体的形成来加速土壤熟化的机制;针对稻麦轮作系统化肥长期过量施用问题,系统研究了畜禽粪便与秸秆还田对水稻土有机质提升的影响及机理,揭示了水旱轮作下团聚体周转耦合氧化铁转化及“铁门”与“酶栓”交替起主导作用的有机质转化和累积过程,阐明了以有机(类)肥料促进稻田土壤团聚化和矿物活化的地力提升机理,构建了以含木质素较多的猪粪堆肥快速定向培育中低产水稻土的肥力培育新模式。申报人主持国家自然科学基金项目两项(41907083和42277345),山西省青年基金项目一项(201901D211386),山西农业大学“杰青优青培育工程”项目一项(2022YQPYGC06),省部共建有机旱作农业国家重点实验室(筹)自主研发课题一项 (有机肥促进褐土钙质纳米矿物形成机制及其固碳效应研究,202105D121008-1-9),参与国家现代农业谷子高粱产业技术体系建设专项项目(CARS-06-14.5-A20)和山西省科技合作交流专项项目(202204041101001)各一项,以第一作者和通讯作者在Soil Biology and Biochemistry(2022, 2018)、Biology and Fertility of Soils (2023)、Geoderma(2024, 2019, 2016)和Science of the Total Environment(2022, 2020)等杂志发表SCI论文12篇,其中一区Top论文8篇,2019年获山西农业大学“晋农新秀”, 2023年获山西农业大学首批“晋农学者”新秀奖。
